Refund policy

If you are unhappy with our products, don't worry! We have a 30-day return policy for simple change of mind.

 

Conditions

We will only accept a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase provided: 

  • it is still in original and saleable condition and all packaging, items and accessories are included 
  • it has not been worn, used or damaged 
  • it is not a digital product, credit note, voucher or clearance/sale items (any purchase applying a promo code will be accepted).

To start a return, please contact us at info@manifestokits.com within 5 days of delivery and specify the product item, order number and reason for the return. 

Unfortunately, you will have to pay the delivery costs for returning the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we receive the item, we will assess the product and provide you with an outcome within 5 business days of when we receive the item.

 

Faulty Product 

In the unfortunate situation that our product is damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately and within 5 days of delivery. If there is a major defect and you contacted us within this time period, you are entitled to a replacement, refund or credit note. 

You will be required to send back the item before we process the return. We reserve the right not to accept a return if the damage was caused deliberately or due to misuse.
